RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY


  • SALE ITEMS & OR SPECIAL DISCOUNTS  - NO exchanges or refunds will be accepted on items brought on sale or at a discounted price


  • Most of our products are handmade to order, and therefore we dont normally offer Exchanges or Refunds, unless your product has been deemed as faulty/broken. 

  • If you're sandals simply dont fit, and we have your size available & currently in stock, we are more then happy to exchange them for you. Sandals must be unworn and in there original packaging. You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving of the sandals.  NO EXCEPTIONS

  • The customer is expected to cover ALL postage costs should you request an exchange within the 7 day timeframe.

  • Please note Leather is a natural product and can have minor discolouration, different textures, markings, slight scratches etc, this makes leather more beautiful & unique and is not classed as a fault. 

  • Sizing on our sandals may also give or take up to 1cm becasue they are handmade - this is also NOT classed as a fault.
